From day one, I started training Freya slowly and gently. She’s incredibly responsive and always eager to please. She loves to work, loves obedience training, and gives her best every single time. Sometimes she can be a little goofy, but that’s part of her charm — and behind that playful side, she’s a truly talented and focused dog.
Freya is one of the dogs I often bring into sessions when I help other dogs learn to socialize. She has a calm, confident energy that helps others feel safe and comfortable. She’s not just my first dog — she’s the heart of my pack and the foundation of my training journey.

Ziva was my second dog, and she joined me in January 2021. She had been dumped with her litter — just a group of tiny puppies trying to survive on their own. When I first went to see them, Ziva jumped straight into my arms. From that moment, she was mine.

She’s been deeply attached from day one. Ziva truly wants to do things right, but she’s always been a bit nervous by nature. New experiences can be scary for her, so we take everything slowly — step by step, at her pace. She has taught me so much about patience, trust, and the importance of reading a dog’s signals.
Moving houses or facing changes can be hard for her, but with understanding and calm guidance, she always finds her balance again. And when she feels safe and confident, she shines — full of energy, joy, and life.
Ziva loves movement and excitement. She’s happiest when she can run, explore, and follow a scent trail. We do a lot of tracking and sniffing work together, which she absolutely loves. She also adores playing with Mogens — they’re partners in crime, always ready for a little adventure together.

I got Mogens together with Bamse in January 2022. They lived at a small beach restaurant we often visited, and I had seen them around since they were tiny. One day, I simply couldn’t resist anymore — I fell completely in love with the two of them.

They were about four months old when I brought them home. When I gave Mogens his first bath, I noticed a strange lump on his side — it turned out to be the result of a snake bite. The very next day he was rushed to the hospital, where he stayed for a week. The vets told me he only had a 50% chance to survive. But Mogens fought — and he made it. I’ll never forget the way he greeted me when I came to pick him up again. From that moment, he’s been “the man of the house.”
When it comes to training, Mogens has his own way of learning. Obedience work bores him quickly — he’ll do what’s asked, but you can see he’s just waiting for something more interesting to happen. He learns by watching: not only other dogs, but also me. He’s figured out how to open sliding doors, unlock windows, and generally outsmart me on a regular basis. I sometimes call him my little circus artist.
What he truly enjoys are short, fun trick sessions — something playful, quick, and full of laughter. That’s his kind of training. Outside of that, he’s the quiet guardian of our pack — always keeping an eye on everyone, making sure we’re all safe and together.

Bamse came to me together with Mogens at the same time, and from the beginning, she has been an absolute sweetheart — but one who likes things her way. She needs to know what’s going to happen, where we’re going, and when. When everything is clear and structured, she’s at her best.

Bamse truly shines in agility. She loves the speed, the focus, and the thrill of running a course. Once she’s been shown the route, she’s off — fast, confident, and completely in her element. It’s her favorite way to burn energy and express herself.
We mix obedience training into our agility sessions, and she does very well with it — but agility is definitely her number one. She’s a smart, strong-minded girl with a fiery little personality. She doesn’t always enjoy being too close to me, and she certainly lets everyone know when she needs her space.
Bamse may be small, but she’s fierce, full of spirit, and one of the most determined dogs I’ve ever met.

Flea came to me together with Charlie — both brothers to Freya, from the same litter. The reason they joined the family was heartbreaking: someone had tried to poison them where they were living. They were rescued just in time, and I took them in. After all, they’re family — Freya’s family, and now mine too.

Flea loves his training, just like Charlie, though he learns at a slightly slower pace. He’s a bit heavier and more relaxed by nature, but once he understands something, he never forgets it. He’s steady, reliable, and full of quiet determination.
He’s also one of the sweetest souls you could ever meet. Flea loves attention — being petted, talked to, and simply spending time together. He enjoys lying down, watching the world go by, taking everything in at his own calm rhythm.
Flea doesn’t rush through life; he lives it — one gentle moment at a time.

Charlie joined our family in April 2025, together with Flea and a few others. He’s Freya’s brother — from the same litter. Like her, he came from a temple area where the dogs lived on the streets, so moving into a home and sharing space with other dogs was something completely new to him.

In the beginning, Charlie needed time to adjust. Things like being on a leash or having a collar were unfamiliar to him, and he didn’t quite understand what it meant to be guided. But he learned — patiently and steadily. Even though he was already five years old when he came to me, he adapted beautifully and took every challenge in stride.
Now, Charlie truly loves training. He’s always there the moment we start, ready to work and eager to please. He enjoys the calm, focused kind of training — the quiet connection between dog and handler. He’s thoughtful, responsive, and happiest when he knows he’s done something right.
Outside of training, Charlie is simply a very happy dog. He loves to curl up in his bed, watch the world go by, and just be part of the family. He’s gentle, sweet, and has the biggest heart.
